Yesterday was the Day of Republika Srpska. This Serbian
country has existed for 26 years, despite pressures from international liberal
elites. According to the Orthodox calendar, January 9th is also day of Saint
Stephan, who is the patron saint of the Republic of Srpska. It is interesting
that Muslims from Bosnia and Herzegovina demand the ban of celebration of the
Day of the Republic because they are „insulted by the celebration of the
Christian saint“. The Representatives of the United States, the EU and Great
Britain are supporting this the Muslim request, but the Serbian people continue
to celebrate this day. Hopefully, the next birthday Republika Srpska will
celebrate as part of Serbia.
