Zoran Vujovic was killed ten years ago. Born on January 27,
1988 in Skopje, he was named after a grandfather who ended his life because he
could not bear the fact that his mother was strangled by Albanians in his own
bath.
Zoran lived in Pristina with his family until 1999 when he
and his family were forced to leave for Novi Sad. He was a student of Faculty
of technical sciences and fan of the Partizan football club.
On February 21, 2008, a protest "Kosovo is Serbia"
was held in Belgrade following the unilateral attempt to seize the southern Serbian
province, and demonstrators attacked the US embassy, which was the main support
to the Albanian separatists.
"In these moments, I swaer to my mother, I would give my life for Kosovo and Metohija and my soul hurts when I see some of my friends how they behave in these moments... I call them to go to Belgrade on Thursday, but their answers are "I can not, I'm going to buy a jacket", " I go out in the evening"... I am completely disappointed! Of course, there are those who are normal, who think patriotic, but we are in a minority..." - wrote Zoran Vujović on one of the forums only a couple of days before his death.
During the protest, a dead body was found inside the US
Embassy building, burned under suspicious circumstances. It was Zoran.
Unofficial information reveals that this Serbian patriot was killed by American
marines who were in the building of the embassy.
We will always remember this young man who gave his life for
Serbian holy land, Kosovo and Metohija!
HEROES NEVER DIE!
