The Greek Volunteer Guard (Serbian: Грчка Добровољачка
Гарда; Greek: Ελληνική Εθελοντική Φρουρά) was a unit of Greek volunteers that
fought in the Bosnian War on the side of the Army of the Republika Srpska. Some
of the volunteers were members of Golden Dawn (Χρυσή Αυγή), a Greek nationalist
political party. They proved to be very good in battle, so the unit was
decorated with the highest decoration of the Republika Srpska. The only member who
was not Greek, was a unit commander. In this short video, he talks about the
relations between the Serbs and the Greeks.
